Christina's journey into yoga began as a natural extension of her athletic background and weightlifting routine. What began as just another way to work up a sweat quickly became her go-to for escaping the chaos of life and finding some peace and quiet. Yoga became her sanctuary—a place where she could learn confidence, practice self-love and self-awareness, and tune out the noise in her mind. Her love for heated yoga ignited her passion for the practice, leading her to pursue her 200 hour certification in Costa Rica in 2019. With years of dedicated self-practice under her belt, Christina brings a unique blend of discipline and compassion to her teaching, as well as her own personal practice. In her classes, Christina's vibe is all about making you feel like a rockstar, whether you're busting out killer chaturangas or chilling in child's pose. She's big on encouraging everyone to do their own thing. While she may humorously suggest the occasional nap, her classes are known for their dynamic power sequences that leave students feeling both challenged and invigorated. Above all, Christina believes in the transformative power of yoga to nourish the body, mind, and spirit, and she is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where students can explore and grow at their own pace. Please leave your ego at the door and make sure to not take anything too serious, but if you do - Christina is always there to remind you that, “it’s just yoga.”
