Kyle’s passion for fitness began when he started CrossFit a few years back. He holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer designation and pulls from his 15 years of diverse training experience, to deliver a wholistic approach to fitness. Blending functional movement, gymnastics, mobility and metabolic conditioning he aims to help people build more healthy, confident, and resilient selves.
Kyle believes that fitness is a transformational force; that physical challenge is an experience which we can learn from and use to continuously improve ourselves. Physically and mentally preparing ourselves for whatever challenges we face.
Outside of the gym, Kyle is an entrepreneur working with technology, such as virtual reality and drones. He loves to solve problems, work with his hands, and drive fast cars. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family, and learning new things.
