Sara found a passion in fitness after having her second son 7 years ago. Sara was looking for a positive outlet that could help her overcome the depression and anxiety she was facing. She found herself in love with the benefits of weight lifting and group fitness and decided to get certified. Sara has focused most of her time in the past two years working with mothers in the community. She found being a mother of two herself, that is was easy to relate and help them live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Her passion lies in helping others build a positive mindset that they can carry throughout their life, help them overcome barriers, and become the best version of themselves.
