Heather first fell in love with the industry when she was very young. She was a gymnast for 10 years and loved the conditioning aspect and how it changed her body. She also played Basketball for 14 years, Cross Country for 5 years and Cheered for 2 years. After stopping gymnastics, at 14, she pursued her interest in weights at the gym and had not stopped since.
She competed in her first fitness competition when she was 19 in the Bikini Division. She fell in love with the sport and continued to compete in a second show in the Fitness and Figure categories. Competing showed her a whole new version of herself and how strong and dedicated you need to be to complete these shows. Completing the prep and stepping on stage out, of her comfort zone was one of her biggest accomplishments.
Heather was diagnosed with Scoliosis with a double S curve at a very young age. She had to wear a back brace growing up and had to learn to deal with this difference. It was difficult to cope with but she learned to love her the body she was given. She also learned along the way, how to workout properly with it and how to manipulate her workouts to help prevent injuries in the future.
She is certified under NETA for personal training and has 2 years of nutrition school under her belt. She fell in love with helping others change their lifestyles because she became addicted to seeing others become happy and proud of their accomplishments.
