Michael found his passion for fitness while serving in the United States Marine Corps. After six years of active duty, and three of those years being spent on a Marine Special Operations Team (MSOT), he knows what it means to push the human body beyond our perceived physical and mental limitations. Staying on top of physical fitness in some of the most austere environments in the world forces you to be creative.

Michael is eager to share his balanced lifestyle focused on physical and mental wellness. He is a firm believer in working extremely hard during training but also taking time to heal and thank his body and mind through a dedicated yoga practice.
