While searching for ways to get out of the bars, Nicki stumbled into her first yoga class in 2006. Not a regular gym gal, she was impressed with the physical strength she discovered. The more she practiced, the more strength and ease she found by staying present and moving with breath. She began seeing how this strength and ease spilled over into other areas of her life, off the mat, by staying present and just breathing. She wanted to deepen her practice and desired to learn from a master. She studied under world-renowned yogi Natasha Rizopoulos, completing her 200-hour certification in 2012.

This journey has also opened up a whole new world of mind body spirit connection to her. She began connecting how the food she ate, relationships in her life, physical activity affected her whole sense of well-being. She recently completed a year long program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a certified holistic health coach.

She has a fire inside for all things health and wellness and a desire to help others find their own path to their best life.
