Over 6 years ago, Tayla first found yoga as a way to decompress in college. She was instantly drawn to the detoxify benefits, strength and beauty it has to over. With her active lifestyle, this was the perfect balance. She dove into the practice, and has never looked back.

She received her first 200 HR Teacher Training at Core Power Yoga in Medford, MA. The mind-body connection that her mat provided her has inspired her to share and teach the practice with others. She brings the perfect Ying & Yang to a yoga class. The power and sweat as well as the relaxation and zen.

She wants her students to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to conquer their day!
