Cissy discovered Core40 while recovering from a second ACL knee surgery over 2 years ago. The low impact and strength building nature of the workout were key to her recovery. She has been hooked ever since! Originally from the east coast, Cissy first moved to San Francisco 8 years ago. She has lived and traveled all over the world - Africa, Asia and Europe - in her previous career in international development. When she is not taking or teaching Core40 classes, she is working at Google. She is excited to bring her love of carefully curated playlists and challenging workouts to her classes!
