Sarah Pugsley is from Salt Lake City, Utah where she grew up as a competitive dancer and skier. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Public Relations and moved to San Francisco to work in corporate communications for the tech industry. Sarah has been passionate about Lagree for 4+ years and became an instructor at CORE40 to share her love of the method with others.
