
Rebecca first tried Lagree in 2018 and has been hooked ever since. She loves the versatility of the megaformer and how it enables high intensity, low impact movements as well as the mental focus and discipline needed to maintain form and pace throughout the workout. Her favorite moves are wheelbarrow and flying spider kick.
Rebecca decided to start instructing to deepen her practice, both physically and mentally. Rebecca’s approach to instructing focuses on being present throughout each practice. Every practice is different and progress is not always linear – the most important thing is to continue to show up and be present with our minds and bodies!
Outside of Lagree, Rebecca works as an accountant and enjoys crochet, yoga, tennis, and volunteering.
