Alexa hails from Texas, and after attending college in New York, she moved to the best coast in 2008. After spending years as a runner—and almost as many years recovering
from running-related injuries—she fell in love with the Lagree method 2 years ago. Her first Core40 class in the Noe-Mission chapel was nothing short of a religious experience,
and she’s been hooked ever since. Her goal as an instructor is to help everyone see the strength they have in themselves.
