Dane was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California and moved to San Francisco to attend college at USF in 2015. She loved SF so much she decided to stay here post-grad and pursue her love for fitness through Core40. She has been an athlete for most of her life, playing in Division 1 volleyball at USF during her college career. Now that she is done competitively playing, she has found her new passion of Lagree fitness. Dane has been doing the Lagree Method for about two years and immediately fell in love with the environment of Core40 and is excited to be a part of the Core40
team!
