While working in the medical and life sciences fields, Samira made group fitness classes part of her routine. She tried many types of low-impact fitness classes following her chiropractor’s recommendation for scoliosis, but nothing was as intense
as her first Lagree class over 4 years ago. She got hooked on the Method while living in LA, and sought out CORE40 after moving back to San Francisco. Samira loved how Lagree improved both her physical and mental strength, and wanted to share that with others by becoming an instructor herself. When she’s not in the studio, she can be found exploring the city on foot, shopping at farmers markets, cooking healthy
meals, and checking out new restaurants and happy hours.
