Kaella grew up in Sonoma County, then attended UC Santa Barbara where she discovered a
passion for fitness working at a local gym. She lived in LA for several years before moving to
San Francisco in 2012. Kaella has two young boys and owns an Event and Wedding Production
company, which made it challenging to fit in time for fitness. However, Core40 changed all that.
The effects across her body, mind and spirit immediately had her hooked. After two years,
Kaella was motivated to empower others through the transformative workout by becoming an
instructor.
