Carrie moved to San Francisco from Texas, her home state, in 2016, and it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the CORE40 workout. Carrie’s formal education is in nutrition and dietetics, so integrating fitness instruction into her repertoire seemed like a perfect fit. When she’s not teaching classes, she works as a researcher on multiple studies aimed at bettering the diets and health of San Franciscans. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, taking her dog, Lollipop, to the beach and spending time with the people she loves.
