Sarah discovered Core40 when she moved to the Bay Area following her graduation from Michigan State University. After repeated wrist and ankle injuries as a gymnast, she was excited to find an effective low impact exercise to help her stay in shape while protecting her joints. She loves the intensity of the Lagree method and is eager to challenge her clients to reach their full potential in class. A true believer in the transformational power of fitness, she designs her workouts with the goal of leaving you feeling both physically and mentally empowered.
Outside of the studio and her full time career, Sarah is a skilled pianist, an avid hiker, and an art enthusiast.
