Kaity is a Bay Area native and officially moved to San Francisco in 2016. She graduated from UCSB with a B.A. in Economics and now works as a Marketing Manager at an SF Tech Company. She has always had a love for fitness, striving to stay active whenever she can. She loves hiking on the weekends, enjoys long runs on Ocean Beach, and has participated in numerous half marathons and obstacle races (her favorite being Spartan Races).

Her passion for spin started at Core40, which is why she decided to take things to the next level and teach classes herself. She’ll motivate you through an intense 40 minute spin journey with the help of some new and classic hip-hop & R&B music, because who better to get you through some sprints than Missy Elliot herself.
