After playing Division I NCAA volleyball for SMU, Natalie decided to make exercising, health and fitness an ongoing, ever evolving way of life. 
 
She is passionate about helping others, pushing them past their comfort zone in order to achieve their best results. Results in mind, body & soul. Lagree Fitness helped Natalie discover how mind, body and soul all connect as one. She's been teaching the Lagree method for almost four years and still believes it is one of the most effective fitness formulas out there; Wellness is a lifestyle after all.
 
She believes one must live balanced in diet, exercise, and love in order to reach their fitness goals. Eating clean, exercising daily, and loving yourself no matter what…that is her recipe for a balanced, wellness lifestyle.
 
Oh, and a little French Twist with a side of Super Lunge never hurt either!
