Bridget is a high intensity instructor with boundless energy and passion for movement. With a background in platform diving and long distance running, Bridget focuses on the intersection of form and endurance. Bridget’s self-proclaimed loud personality makes her classes full of exciting surprises - she lives for a loud speaker and a long plank hold. Bridget is a Philadelphia, PA native, and moved to San Francisco over 10 years ago. Finding the Lagree method after a shoulder injury in 2013, Bridget was a certified instructor a few short months later. Her focus is to partner with motivated students looking to transform their lives — and together, create strength.
