Anny comes to us from New York, where she grew up and spent most of her life. She recently moved to San Francisco to pursue her passion for tech, and on the way discovered her love for Lagree. She quickly became obsessed with Core40, loving the way it strengthened her mind and body. She decided to take her love for the method one step further by becoming an instructor so she could help others transform into stronger, better version of themselves.
