Lauren is a Northern California native and has lived in San Francisco for the past 4 years. She is an avid runner who first practiced the Lagree method as a way to strengthen her core to improve her running speed, form, and stability. She fell hard for the challenging moves, 40-minute routines, and the instructors’ eagerness to help their clients.
She loves the feeling of understanding how to perform a move and what muscles to feel it in, as well as seeing the results of her efforts. She works to bring these results to her clients also!
When Lauren isn’t at the studio or training for her next run, you may find her at brunch or any SF park!
