Raised in sunny San Luis Obispo, Ashley lived in Santa Barbara for 7 years before moving to San Francisco. Product manager by career, but she never misses a day on the Megaformer! An avid CORE40 client turned instructor, she is excited to teach the amazing benefits within the CORE40 community.
