Megan P.
Megan is a long-time fitness fiend. Since high school, she's been a long distance runner, later competing in marathons and, more recently, triathlons. She fell in love with the Lagree method not only because it is an incredible low-impact workout, but it also helps her stay strong for other endeavors off the Megaformer. She became hooked immediately and is excited to be able to share it with others. Through working at CORE40 and at her full-time job as a Nurse Practitioner, she enjoys interacting with people and helping them to become better versions of themselves. It's inspiring to watch people achieve goals they've set for themselves - no matter how big or small. Whether you're trying to run a marathon, jog 3 miles, or hold your plank for a minute - if it's a new accomplishment for you, it's exciting!
