Sarah was raised in sunny San Diego, and is a full time sweat-o-holic! She loves hiking, running, power yoga, and of course Lagree! She fell in love with lagree in 2015 and was hooked because of the unfamiliar high intensity/low impact combo.
After her first couple of sessions shaking and sweating through the 40 minute class, she was challenged to keep coming back. She made the jump from student to instructor, and now she's continuously inspired by connecting with clients and seeing their mentality and bodies transform.
