Stephanie moved to San Francisco 4 years ago from Hawaii. Trained in various dance methods, Stephanie brings her love of music and movement to the bike. Stephanie fell in love with spin after her first few classes and knew right away she wanted to make the leap from rider to instructor. For Stephanie, being active on an off the bike is about being confident and being able to take that with you when you leave the studio.
