Marty
Marty was introduced to Barre over seven years ago by her mom and never looked back. She loved the challenge of pushing her body to her limit, especially during thigh work, and feeling her muscles shake. Marty loves how Barre strengthens the tiny, hard to reach and underworked muscles, while also building mental toughness. She loves to push her clients to their limits while also focusing on form to prevent injury. Marty became a certified Barre instructor two years ago and has been teaching ever since.

Outside of barre, you can find Marty skiing, running, and doing basically anything outside. As an avid marathon runner, she believes Barre is the perfect cross training for running and teaches you that you can push your body more than you think!
