Araceli
Araceli has been a student of yoga for over 10 years and eventually became certified to teach yoga, sculpt, and barre. As a former dancer and athlete, she fell in love with yoga upon recognizing the positive changes in her mental and physical wellbeing.
 
Araceli seeks to build strength and stability through creative expression of movement and ‘the flow state’. Her classes are rooted in gratitude and kindness and she believes that when we move with intention and purpose, we begin to establish alignment in our bodies and our minds. Movement and breath are powerful tools that help us on our path to becoming better.
 
Araceli’s classes are playful and powerful - providing encouragement for you to honor your body and your needs while challenging yourself mentally and physically. Her goal is to help you leave feeling strong, capable and inspired.
 
Outside of the studio, Araceli loves traveling, photography, cooking and is most often found exploring the outdoors.
