This world traveler was born and raised in Mexico City and his lived in Canada, France, Australia and the U.S. She moved to Jackson in January of 2022 and shortly thereafter found Pursue. An avid music lover, Helena found a passion for indoor cycling because it allowed her to connect to the beat, get a great workout, and have fun! She’s been cycling for over 8 years and teaching for almost 2.
