Rachel Kantor is a mother of 3 and VERY passionate about Barre fitness. She credits Barre for transforming her body, improving her posture, developing tone and muscle definition, and improving her strength and stamina – and she strives to share the opportunity with her clients to do the same. Rachel is certified in 3 different Barre methods: Barre Focus Fitness, Exhale, and Fly Barre, and has even owned her own Barre studio. Through her attention to detail, form and alignment, Rachel challenges her clients to a higher level of fitness, strength, and flexibility. When she’s not teaching or taking Barre, Rachel enjoys spending time hiking and biking in the Tetons, taking long walks with her 2 dogs, traveling, practicing yoga, and skiing.
