Scott
Scott Smith is a certified Personal Trainer and Sport Performance Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a certified student instructor of Foundation Training, a corrective exercise method designed to re-train effective posture and strength while combating compression caused by modern lifestyles. Scott has lived in Jackson Hole for nine years. During that time he was the Health and Physical Education teacher at Teton Science Schools, a job that inspired him to continue his education and career in the health, wellness, and performance fields. Scott is currently studying to become a health coach through the ADAPT Health Coach Training Program, located in Berkeley, California. When he’s not training or studying, Scott is teaching tennis at the Teton Pines Country Club and coaching lacrosse for the Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club.
