With over 15 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry, Jolene leads a challenging and high-energy class that leaves you feeling powerful, motivated, and energized. Jolene is a compassionate and supportive fitness instructor and encourages her students to break through mental and physical boundaries and leave feeling empowered and capable of achieving their goals; both in and outside the studio. Jolene has cultivated a path of growth and evolution in her fitness knowledge that includes the studies of Yoga, Feng Shui, Chinese Medicine, and Nutrition. Her greatest teachers are her two young daughters. She is continually humbled and amazed by the growth she experiences on the journey of motherhood. Jolene teaches condition classes at Pursue.
