Lizzie loves to move and enjoys nothing more than to share her appreciation of movement with her students. Running, skiing, hiking, dancing, jump roping, roller skating, climbing, waterskiing, biking; whatever it is, her desire is to inspire those around her to find joy in simply moving their bodies. Lizzie was introduced to barre classes at Pursue after struggling with patella tendonitis from a chronic running injury. She experienced first-hand, the value of functional, alignment-based, cross training to stimulate healing. Lizzie’s goal is to help her own students build strength, confidence, and promote healing, so they can find joy in all the ways they move their body. Lizzie is a mother to 4 beautiful children, has a B.A. in Social Work, and is a Certified Health and Life Coach. She firmly believes that balance and love are the key to reaching one’s greater potential.
