Missy was born and raised in Howell and started her love for fitness at a very young age. She started with dancing and performing at Glenn's School of Dance, and then moved on to be a part of Central Michigan University's dance team and performing at CMU's Orchesis Dance Theatre. A love for fitness combined with the knowledge of the mechanics of the body have made Missy a perfect fit to teach at KFit!
