Sophie attends Wayne State University and currently swims long distance for the Varsity Swim Team. She earned her 200 hour yoga teacher ceritification at the age of 16 from Yoga State of Mind Body and Soul in East Lansing, and has been fortunate to regularly teach yoga ever since. She is also a registered Emergency Medical Technician with a desire to pursue a career in medicine. She is a firm believer in the mind body connection and hopes to continue to share her passion for athletic yoga.
