Lianne D.
Lianne (she/her) fell in love with team sports as a soccer and track & field athlete. When not training in the gym, you can find Lianne playing indoor & outdoor soccer, coaching youth soccer, kayaking, paddle boarding, or bicycling around town or on the trail. With a master’s degree in Public Health, emphasizing health promotion and behavioral science, Lianne’s career path has focused on population level health & liberation. Lianne first started taking classes at Fitness Rangers after her son was born in 2014, and 2 more kids and 100’s of classes later, still loves every sweaty minute of the Bootcamp, RX, HIIT, and spin classes. She brings high energy, intensity, flair, & fun to each workout. CrossFit Level-1
