A native of Washington State, Dallas moved to Sacramento to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an NCAA Division 1 gymnast. As a member of the Sacramento State Gymnastics team, Dallas was a two-years team co-captain and member of a conference championship team. After 18 years of competitive gymnastics, she retired her leotard but still wanted the team atmosphere of competitive sports, as well as to find a workout that challenged the body in a safe way. She found that in spin! With her passionate and positive personality, Dallas believes that it is possible to have fun and get a challenging workout at the same time. Expect an upbeat and high energy class that features a variety of challenges, both mentally and physically and will have you leaving feeling sweaty and satisfied.
