Tiffany is a Sacramento native! Born and raised in the heart of Sacramento, she attended Rio Americano high school and was on both the cheer and dance team all four years of high school. Tiffany went on to attend Sacramento State University where she studied Communications. After graduating and taking her first spin class, she was obsessed! Being involved in the community through fitness and bringing people together is something that she truly values. She always wants you to feel motivated and powerful in her classes!
