Originally from the bay area, Daniel found his home in Sacramento while attending Jesuit High School followed by Sac State. During a college summer break he stumbled upon a small group of people working out in the park and decided to join an open class. This group was Fitness Rangers. His love and passion for fitness and health started and grew. In his class you can expect a functional, full body workout with a strong focus on core work, as that is the center of full body strength. He has been teaching group fitness in Sacramento for two years and has certifications in Lagree, TRX, and Climb. There are no traffic jams when you go the extra mile and Daniel will get you there with his high motivation and energy.
