Jany fell in love with fitness classes when she decided to try a turbo kick-boxing class during her college years. She had never played sports or considered herself athletic but after a few weeks of TKB classes, she was hooked from the confidence and community that came with the classes. Ever since she has tried almost every type of fitness class and yoga was the one that had the biggest impact in her life. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2015 and a spin instructor a few years later and now teaches full time at various studios, schools, offices, and gyms in Sacramento. Her classes combine her love for high energy remixed songs and fun choreography with a mind to body connection. She believes in progress over perfection and strives to have riders feeling challenged, motivated, and proud after each class.
