Kyle was active from the start! Since he could walk, Kyle has loved challenging his physical limits with sports and outdoor activities like basketball and surfing. Helping others became his passion early on and he found that improving health through exercise was the most rewarding of all! Kyle Graduated from CSU Sacramento with a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Science, an emphasis in rehabilitation, and a minor in Biology. He spent several years in the health field working in physical therapy, volunteering at skilled nursing facilities, and providing personal training which helped him see the true potential and resilience of the human body. Kyle has spent many years discovering the importance of nutrition, personally learning to modify body composition. As a personal trainer he emphasizes the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, helping each person see their true potential. Kyle is a firm believer that exercise is essential for living your healthiest life. It’s a known fact within the exercise physiology field, that exercise lowers and even reverses many forms of disease. Exercise is medicine! The best investment you can make is in your own health!
