Why do you move?
I am the best version of myself when I move. Moving challenges me to be a stronger person mentally and physically. I am a better daughter, sister, friend, and partner when I move.

What inspires you to train holistically every day?
I am inspired by how we can transform not only our bodies but also our emotional well being when we train holistically. Moving with one another in a way like this is not only fun but it's also the best thing we can do for ourselves.

What do you do when you're not teaching?
I am spending time with family and my dog Ziggy. I also love trying new restaurants and am always planning my next adventure.
