Growing up a long distance runner, and varsity rower; I love pushing my physical limits. After signing up for a set of Olympic Distance Triathlons, I started training at Quad, where Steve and Miche pushed me to build the cycling fundamentals indoors that helped me win my first gold at the Gravenhurst Multisport Canada Triathlon in 2018, and powered me through the 220km Ride to Conquer Cancer! In my class, you can expect a ton of hip hop, rap, and trap remixes- that heavy bass from Drake, Tiesto, Tyga, and Hardwell will push you through bursts of intensity, up hills, and set the rhythm for the ride. I structure my class to cycle your heart rate up and down while building the fundamentals; increasing cardiovascular capacity with H.I.I.T. segments, building core and leg strength with jumps, freezes and hills, and ending class with endurance & a burnout. My coaching is geared toward road riders, with an emphasis on form and endurance to help you train for your next big race! Come catch me on the bike!
