I came to quad primarily to find a way to maintain my endurance fitness level and muscle memory in my downhill cycling off-season. Being an avid mountain biker, it was very important to expose myself to physical challenges that related to my sport and found it to be the perfect thing. Using resistance and speed the quad instructors provided me a challenging workout that kept me fit leading into my next riding season. Then I came to a work-shop offered at quad west and after going over all of the basics of form and shown what goes into designing a great class, I considered teaching. I am constantly surprised by all of the diversities and challenges that cycling provides and I hope to share those with you.
