I started working at Quad during the summer of 2017 at the front desk. After hearing and seeing so many classes from behind the scenes it inspired me to build a class of my own. I love the rush of endorphins and killer music, so I figured teaching gives me a chance to express best of both worlds. During my class expect a lot of hills, sprints, and the occasional jumps!
