I fell in love with spinning about 8 years ago. The energy and the challenge of riding, paired with fun music, is irresistible to me. I love that spinning is available to almost all ages, levels and abilities. It's a very inclusive workout. I've always been into fitness, and when I'm not on the bike, I'm weightlifting or at the yoga studio. In my class you will hear a variety of high-energy tunes. Dance, hip-hop, and some house and rock tunes are blended together to make an upbeat and fast-paced workout. The occasional throwback guilty-pleasure sometimes makes its way into my playlists too. I also take song requests! My rides are a balance between heavy climbs and fast roads, combining both shorter interval tracks with longer, endurance-based songs to keep it interesting and balanced. Get ready to sweat!
