Sydney’s teaching style spans the interconnected modalities of Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin, Restorative,  Prenatal Yoga, and Meditation to capture the therapeutic benefits of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice of yoga. Certified as a 200-RYT through Open Style Vinyasa, Sydney is currently in the midst of advancing her offerings through a 300 hour RYT and 1,000 hour Yoga Therapy training certification, and Thai Yoga Massage certification. Her practice has led her all around the world - learning, teaching, and growing - as both a student and a teacher of yoga. Her teachings are fine-tuned to fit the needs of the client or class. Beyond the mat, Sydney enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, and eating delicious food.
