I found yoga at 16 when I was experiencing many difficulties that imposed on my everyday life and overall joy. Over time, the nutrition of yoga provided me with some delicious tools for a tasty, happy life. The 11 years I have been taking this route within my inner world has inspired me to share with the community, the peace, balance, love, and acceptance we can discover within this practice and bring it into our daily lives! I have done a 100 Power Yoga training along with another 200 hour that covers many styles of yoga that derive from the eight-limbed approach.

You can see my class as similar to a buffet- versatile, different each time, and has something to satisfy every appetite! I believes there is yoga for every body: I encourage students to see a yoga practice like building a home. You "build" your own posture, focus on the alignment, and then surrender into it with a sweet "sigh". I encourage my students to be aware of every sensation as they move their bodies and restore vitality back into their lives!
