I first discovered the Lagree method back in my hometown, LA when my friend recommended it to me. I struggled thru my first class but was immediately hooked. As a former Crossfitter, I was looking for something that was easy on my joints, but still extremely challenging. I found exactly that thru this method. I love that this method never gets easier - you just continue to get stronger, both mentally and physically.
