Roxane Cyr

She is passionate about training and the health of the human body. Her goal is to bring an intelligent and specific approach to each person in her conquest towards the path of general health.

Her experience:

Roxane has practiced in numerous sports and activities including martial

arts and Olympic lifting. Her present training consists in Olympic Rings and finding movement to articulate the bones, the spine and the pillar that allow movement. After more than a decade of experience in health and fitness, she finally decided to take a turning point in 2012 and spent the last few years investing in endless knowledge with the world-renowned osteopath Guy Voyer DO, MD. This learning experience in Soma training helped her acquire knowledge in advanced biomechanics, anatomy an physiology as well as helped her view the body as a complex system. This continuing education focuses on advanced biomechanics, which positions Roxane as a leader in Soma Training. This training methodology provides invaluable body awareness andrelated knowledge.

Who is SomaTraining for?

It is for all those who care about their health, their well-being and who wish to maximize their potential, performance in an intelligent manner. Different techniques and exercises used are, ELDOA and myofascial stretching, strapping, cardio training, proprioception exercises, precise gymnastic circulatory exercises and respiratory training.
