The moment Veronique took her first Pilates class, she knew it was a match made in heaven. Born into the dance world, Veronique ended her classical dance career with Alicia Alonzo’s Classical Ballet Company in Havana Cuba. After many injuries as a dancer, her need for rehabilitating movement guided her towards the Pilates method. She graduated with Polestar Pilates, hence her understanding for rehabilitating work. Veronique is now a mentor with the company, helping young teachers understand this outstanding method. Veronique shares her passion for movement and anatomical understanding in a thorough manner, with a broad clientele, from a rehabilitating perspective to professional athletes. Veronique has a distinctive ability to achieve and demonstrate proper body alignment, and utilizes this tool to inspire and guide her clients towards higher levels of physical awareness. Her enthusiasm for precision, discipline, coordination, is conveyed through her teaching and desire to improve the physical condition of others.
